A series of relaxation and visualisation techniques to deeply relax and calm both the body and the mind
and allow you to experience a sense of stillness. In this class we help you to focus on your breath and breathing and then take you on a guided journey within in order to become more focused and present. This helps to ground you in the here and now. The breath unlocks stuck energy and other stresses stored in the body and this meditation allows you to tune into your own healing needs and abilities resulting in greater mental clarity and deeper relaxation. Perfect for Beginners through to Advanced.
What a gift for your teenager! These classes are specifically to introduce teenagers to the practice
of mindfulness helping them to cultivate empathy and showing them the value of slowing down, unplugging and disconnecting from their digital devices and simply learning to be comfortable with who they are inside. These classes may appear simple but the effects are profound.

Perfectly suited to those who want to experience the benefits of meditation and mindful practices without
to close their eyes and journey within for the whole time. These sessions involve all the senses and could include Beer/Wine Meditations, Chocolate Meditations/ Sound Sensations/ Smell Stimulations amongst other things. Great Fun for all involved whilst still developing your awareness faculties.
Immerse yourself in the exquisite sound of the Tibetan bowls as they take you on a relaxing journey like no
other. Quite possibly the easiest of all the meditations as all you need to do is lie back and let the bowls work their magic. The sound vibrations emitted by the singing bowls are rich in natural harmonics, which are the healing component of music leading to relaxation, alertness and concentration. Definitely a class to put in your weekly wellness diary.

Empowerment Circle (Men/Women)
Our circles are collaborative spaces where the collective aim is for mental, emotional, spiritual and social
development. Circles last for approximately 2 hours and are run on a monthly basis with the potential to expand to weekly if people are interested. They are a perfect opportunity for likeminded individuals to come together and share a sense of unity and to develop your potential as both human and spiritual beings. You will learn about yourself and others in a non-judgemental, positive environment leading to a greater sense of personal happiness, connection and compassion towards others.
